Corrupt Official: A character in a position of authority who is corrupt and abuses their power, often serving as an antagonist or obstacle to other characters.
Purpose To serve as the antagonist for Darcius’s backstory. To represent the continuation of reign from the Heavens post Neofactor.
Profile Draper is no real Kin but considering the expiry of all other prior 50 Kin he as a Judge decides to name himself one. He is addicted to a drug known as the ‘Stin’, a hyper enhanced version of morphine that he injects into himself on the daily. Because of this addiction he is always hyper and twitchy, tapping his leg on the floor while sitting and swaying backwards and forwards on his feet, constantly moving around when standing on the spot and swinging his arms with irritated head twitches. Draper wants to prove himself to everyone that he is a rightful leader. When he finds out Darc has a watch he becomes jealous to get it for himself.
