Following from the previous sequence Rogue arrives at a drug brothel place of some sort within the Tyran District and explores the rabbit hold further of where these clues are appearing.

A subplot centers around a rebellion against the Heavens, possibly led by groups from within Archeston and the Anyth. This subplot highlights themes of taking action and venturing into the unknown, focusing on Rogue's internal conflict and the growing insurgency.

Rogue, while investigating the disturbing crimes of the Tooth Fairy, finds himself spiraling down a rabbit hole, driven by his insatiable curiosity. His investigation takes a shocking turn when he discovers a sign related to a child, something that deeply unsettles him and propels him further into the mystery.

As Rogue walks the streets, he bumps into an aggressive man, and the situation quickly escalates. The man threatens violence, but Rogue, unflinching, pulls out his gun and presses it under the man’s jaw. Confident in their proximity, the aggressor tries to disarm Rogue, but without hesitation, Rogue shoots him. This encounter doesn’t faze Rogue; he’s indifferent to ordinary threats as he unknowingly heads toward the rebel base, believing he’s still investigating the case.

Unbeknownst to him, Rogue is being trailed. As he approaches the bottom of Archeston, he’s warned that he’s leaving the city’s safety zone and must return. Ignoring the warning, Rogue presses on and eventually stumbles upon a place known as Sadars.

Sadars is the rebel base, a sanctuary hidden between the cities, populated by a mix of Anythian and Archeston citizens. It’s a refuge where Archestians can seek food and security from the Anythians without technically leaving Archeston’s jurisdiction and risking conviction. Weapons and supplies are smuggled in from the Anyth, and the Heavens remain unaware of this hidden stronghold—for now.

At Sadars, Rogue meets Quarie, who explains the rebellion’s cause and why they need his help. During their conversation, a blinded Archeston citizen—who destroyed their own moon in defiance of Heaven’s control—crosses their path. Quarie highlights how even some Archestians would rather live blind and free than oppressed, a statement that deeply resonates with Rogue. (This individual should be DANJU)

Despite this, Rogue expresses skepticism about the rebellion’s attacks, dismissing them as unrealistic acts. Quarie counters, saying, “Nothing’s unrealistic... only your mindset is.” The rebels see Rogue as a potential recruit, but he hesitates, fearing the consequences and convinced that fighting against such insurmountable odds is futile.

As they speak, the captive rebel from the Gate’s Keep, Juset, returns to Sadars. Quarie and Juset share an emotional reunion, embracing with tears of joy. Rogue observes this heartfelt moment, struck by the stark contrast between the rebels’ deep bond and the cold detachment of Archeston.

Suddenly, Jorsse appears behind Juset. Juset begins introducing Jorsse to Quarie, explaining how he played a crucial role in his escape and is now one of them. Rogue freezes upon seeing Jorsse, realizing he must stay hidden. In a state of panic, Rogue makes a tense and hasty escape before Jorsse can spot him, narrowly avoiding detection.

This subplot not only deepens the narrative but also reflects Rogue’s internal struggle. He fantasizes about rebelling against the status quo but struggles to find the courage to act. When prompted that he owes this to his people, Rogue could say, “I don't owe anyone a goddamn thing,” embodying his conflict between duty and self-preservation.
