Production goal: Adapt Part One of Project Token into a full first-person film seen entirely through Dex's eyes, generated in 30-second Seedance 2.5 batches with a deliberately small reusable reference library.

Locked POV rules
- The camera is always Dex's natural eye-line. No third-person inserts, external camera angles, over-the-shoulder shots, or views of Dex's face.
- Dex may only be visible through his hands, forearms, lower torso, legs, shadows, and rare motivated reflections.
- Recommended continuity lock: Token in the left palm, weapon in the right hand, wound above the right knee. Reverse this everywhere if the final character design requires the opposite.
- Movement must feel like a real body: breathing, uneven injured steps, instinctive head turns, weight shifts, brief visual disorientation, and restrained impact shake.
- Avoid first-person video-game language and imagery: no HUD, weapon permanently centred in frame, action-camera distortion, exaggerated head bob, or artificial combat animations.
- Each 30-second batch should normally remain inside one location and one main action problem. Do not force every screenplay beat into the earliest possible generation.
Production sections
- Archeston escape: battlement combat, edge, fall, glider deployment, crash.
- Token activation and temporal searching: first wasteland activation, suspended rain, displaced terrain, shell, rapid empty-age shifts.
- Desert highway: arrival on the cracked road, solitary walk, taxi approach and roadside exchange.
- Autonomous taxi journey: interior dialogue, abandoned passenger request, music, sleep, medical monitoring, broken wiper repair.
- Farmhouse ruins and time crossing: ruined property, memory flashes, precise field location, shift into the living farm.
- Arrival at the living farmhouse: Emris and Young Dex, collapse, wound treatment, kitchen and porch.
- The night before Hearty: spare room, tally marks, Young Dex's visit, Dex's unresolved memory.
- Hearty returns: truck arrival, first confrontation, breakfast interrogation, offer of work.
- Dex remains at the farm: fence repair, work montage, pump, fragile family warmth, growing recognition of abuse.
- Basement rupture: violence heard from Dex's bed, broken door, descent, rescue, hammer decision.
- Hearty taken into the forest: dragging him away, ambiguous outcome, Dex returns alone.
