maybe there is a group of guys on the other side of the bar looking over at luness

waitress comes over and serves them drinks and mentions something about not having seen luness around before

luness leaves the lions den passing warner giving him side eye

warner club butcher (warner meets with founders)

illustrate that he is very cruel as we know he butchers fateus

warner approaches bar

founders having conversation about the idea of heavens coming into their teritory for the first time in hundreds of years and what i might mean (JAD build for warner entry)

there are terrors in the sky, and terrors upon the land. it would be best for us, to remain where the terrors lay absent.

duke asks question that illudes to intention of what the heavens might have

vicetor: “thats a stupid question” vicetors idea is that the heavens only have bad intentions to coming to the anyth and he believes that should be quite obvious

BUT duke and atom think more positively

Atom: (sitting in the background not at main table and then standing up to speak) (this is first time we are properly introduced to atom) “you’re right Vicetor, there are stupid questions. but we must risk asking to find the right answer. Duke may be young, but he IS experienced (energy quick in voice and touches duke on shoulders as he walks past) And has better intuition then most of us” (atom sits down at head leading head chair and gestures across the table to duke to continue talking)

duke continues talking about his positive ideas for what the heavens might have that could help them (ultimately this conversation is all to support the eventual idea of the founders offering a peace treaty to the heavens in a later sequence)
