Profile Cutler is one of the Oligarchs from S1 and is seen as 6uiet and conniving as though he is always secretly plotting something. Technically he is to be a big deal character as he outlives many of the other Oligarchs including: Poppet, Zipher, Bail, Hamil. Perhaps he is secretly motivated by being the longest running Oligarch on board and maybe even responsible partially for slowly getting rid of all the others??
