Profile Cutler is one of the Oligarchs from S1 and is seen as quiet and conniving as though he is always secretly plotting something. Technically he is to be a big deal character as he outlives many of the other Oligarchs including: Poppet, Zipher, Bail, Hamil?. Perhaps he is secretly motivated by being the longest running Oligarch on board and maybe even responsible partially for slowly getting rid of all the others??
Could he be Draper instead of current Draper????
