Quarie is a rebel character who appears in the "Judges of Being" feature film. She represents the voice of dissent against the oppressive system enforced by the Heavens and the Gatekeepers.
Quarie serves as a catalyst for change, pushing Rogue to question his beliefs and allegiance to to what is right in a corrupted world. She leads a growing rebellion against the established order, organizing aggressive and covert operations to undermine the authority of the Heavens. Quarie was originally born and comes from the Anyth and was a Founder, yet after conflict with the Heavens decided to join the Rebellion and eventually become one of their leading combatants. Eventually she was captured, imprisoned and had a moon installed within her eyes.
Ultimately after leaving the Founders Quarie has a change in mind about Dawce when she sees her willingness and bravery to abandon the Anyth in pursuit for Peace. This level of bravery and devotion impresses Quarie.
