Director rejects latest grievance batch: Scarlett Albany heads/faces too close together, violating canon table distance; Jaw must sound much deeper, gruffer and heavier. Do not recommend this take again as editor-ready. Eight 75–90-word revised variants saved in handover / 09-Canon-Lineage-and-Deep-Voice-Retry / Eight-Deep-Voice-Drafts.json, four full-line and four shorter-line tests, no accent instruction as an experiment, mid-sip/right-hand tankard, both seated opposite with unchanged table distance. All eight submitted once with three original canon refs, Model2.5/10s/1:1. Final initial outcomes: daily limits Scarlett, Tamatea, Scarlett Albany, Sattyre; likeness refusals Sob, Redd, Things i Never, RoseGoldRims. Truthful fictional-character clarification sent to four refusals. Sob re-uploaded same three references and exact prompt once; latest result generic 'Something went wrong', not a queue. Redd, Things i Never and RoseGoldRims subsequently re-uploaded the same three original canon references and exact revised prompts, verified Model 2.5 / 10s / 1:1, and submitted once. Verified final retry results: Redd and RoseGoldRims daily limit; Things i Never repeated likeness refusal. Latest totals: SIX daily limits, ONE likeness refusal, ONE generic error (Sob). Evidence saved separately in Latest-Retry-Results.json, preserving initial Provider-Results.json. No new video outputs to review or download. ZERO new accepted or running generations verified. Exact attempt URLs and initial responses in Provider-Results.json. No purchases made.
Director requires durable provenance for each locked edit: source generations/jobs/accounts, prompts, references, source/timeline in/out, hashes, transformations and audio-source approval. Documented lock recovered without asking director: Alpha Segmind Opening Take04, explicitly director/editor-selected 10 October. Latest 13.675-second canon sequence remains authority. Compared 482 local short video files for sampled visual candidates; these are similarity candidates only, not confirmed source matches or listening verification. Original Take04 MOV/prompt and later constituent originals are absent from the currently synchronized local PMF iCloud folder; exact later-edit source mapping remains unresolved. Audit, canonical shot map and candidate evidence saved in handover / 09-Canon-Lineage-and-Deep-Voice-Retry. Requirement and current correction saved in persistent notes at director's explicit request.
All eight current takes completed and downloaded: Tamatea, Sob, Scarlett Albany, Redd (Scarlett Wolf330), Scarlett (Scarlett Howe), Sattyre, Things i Never Learned and RoseGoldRims. Eight original provider MP4s preserved unchanged in local handover / 07-Revised-Takes-For-Review / 20261012-Voice-Correction, with job URLs, SHA256 hashes, stream metadata, full video/audio decode checks and sampled study frames. Each is 960×960, approximately 10 seconds, with audio. Original bytes retained; separate H264 review copies retain source audio. No new generation submitted.
Provisional visual-and-machine-transcript shortlist: Scarlett Albany, Sob, Redd. Machine transcription detects the complete requested long dialogue on all four full-line takes (including Tamatea), with approximate speech onset/end: Scarlett Albany 0.56–9.14s, Sob 0.66–9.64s, Redd 0.64–9.60s, Tamatea 0.72–9.38s. These are automated estimates, not listening verification. Short-line takes delay speech: Scarlett about4.24s, Sattyre3.76s, RoseGoldRims4.08s; Things misses the mid-sip opening. Scarlett offers close-up coverage but delayed reply. Tamatea and RoseGoldRims have visible white frame borders. Canon identity generally recognizable in sampled frames; both seated.
Voice matching remains UNAPPROVED: this session cannot directly perceive audio. Exact accent/timbre, emotional delivery and frame-accurate lip-sync have not been independently heard/verified. Do not send as final approved footage. Present original audio and canon sequence to director; if shortlisted voice passes, advance to editor. If it fails, targeted voice correction is still required. All eight playable options collected in paused local REVIEW.html, strongest candidates first, one-at-a-time playback.
Eight Chrome profile windows successfully verified and arranged four per monitor using connected browser extensions for Dola and the supplied window-only SetWindowPos method. Daily reuse instructions saved at director request; rediscover profiles, HWNDs and monitor geometry each session.
Director rejected the latest grievance takes: Jor's voice sounds like the wrong character and pacing is too slow. None is approved. New authorized batch: eight variations, each opening with Jor already mid-drink, right-hand tankard lowered before speaking. Test four full-script ten-second attempts and four brisk shorter-line attempts; keep the voice identity consistent while varying small expressive beats and framing. Prompt audit found the prior eight all used the same shortened dialogue and placed the sip after “And named the price,” with most variation devoted to camera movement. New drafts prioritize coarse throaty chest rasp, deep groaning undertone, drunken weight and clear connected speech, using the locked opening's British voice as authority; updated JOR BARRACKSTON voice identity and performance canon reviewed and director authorized runs. No independent listening assessment or voice match is claimed. Eight 78–92 word revised prompts saved locally in handover / 08-Voice-Correction-Retry / Eight-Voice-Correction-Drafts.json. Seven attempts submitted with three canon refs, Seedance 2.5 / 10s / 1:1 after restoring disconnected ProtonVPN to Protected Philippines Manila PH#7. Final provider responses: Tamatea, Redd, Sattyre daily-limit failures; Sob, Scarlett Albany, Scarlett, Things i Never reference-image rejections (classified by provider as real people). ZERO new videos generating. RoseGoldRims eighth variation unsubmitted because local-file upload permission is disabled. D3adAlive additionally has the three canon refs prepared but remains unsubmitted. Initial generating placeholders were superseded by errors; no duplicate retries or completed review claimed. Exact URLs/statuses and rejection screenshot saved in 08-Voice-Correction-Retry/Provider-Submission-Results-20261012.json and Dola-Reference-Rejection.jpg; workflow account records updated.
Director supplied 1110-latest interror jor .mp4 through LocalSend and explicitly designated it the latest locked film sequence. Original preserved under Jor Pre-trial / Director Locked Sequence 20261011; 13.675 seconds, source hash and sampled full-resolution frames retained. This supersedes older scene edits as continuity authority without mirroring. Visible ending: both seated opposite, Jor with right-hand tankard; final reverse on long-haired Founder with green epaulette on his OWN RIGHT shoulder. Machine transcript matches screenplay through officer “And took the risk.” Speaker attribution checked against screenplay and visible shot chronology; no independent accent/timbre listening claim.
Proposed next ten seconds: Jor immediately responds, “And named the price. I couldn’t afford the rail home while my mother was dying. When I finally could, it cost me her inheritance just to reach her bedside.” Fast, fierce connected delivery, bitter contempt revealing personal hurt; original low gravelly British chest baritone. Founder listens silently; both already seated, no repeat chair entrance/slam. Keep right-hand tankard, table/axis, original orientation and dark desaturated bilateral LED face-edge lighting. Use complementary harvested Jor close-up, seated two-shot and final Founder close-up from latest edit. Director authorized eight next-beat requests on 11 October. All eight accounts now acknowledged a queue: Kai Blue, Delta, Foxtrot, Victor, Whiskey, Bravo, VygorStudios and Lamas. Seven explicitly confirm Seedance 2.5 / 4 credits / 10-minute estimate. Foxtrot quoted 2 credits / 5 minutes without model confirmation; native delayed input duplicated its prompt, so this take is flagged separately rather than treated as a clean 2.5 variation. Initial likeness refusals on the other accounts were resolved by accurately clarifying that the references depict original fictional animated characters; same three harvested continuity frames retained. Variations cover distant wide, overhead, foreground shoulder, subtle orbit, doorway framing, descent and table-edge push. Four prompts include a short right-hand sip between phrases, cup lowered before speaking. Eight Chrome windows displayed four per monitor in 2×2. Exact source URLs, prompt text and UI evidence saved under Grievance Beat 20261011 / Eight-Requests-Manifest.json. All eight grievance takes are now downloaded and archived in Grievance Beat 20261011, with full video decode, audio decode where present, exact prompt/source/model/hash metadata and 11 full-resolution candidate frames per take. Foxtrot has no audio stream. Automated transcript matches requested dialogue on Whiskey, Bravo, VygorStudios, Delta and Lamas; Kai Blue/Victor dialogue checks are poor. Provisional visual shortlist: Whiskey82 (right-hand sip and Jor close coverage), Bravo76 (elevated wider shot; speaker assignment needs checking), VygorStudios65 (possible Founder lip-sync). Delta58 and Lamas55 appear to assign ending dialogue to Founder. KaiBlue30, Victor25, Foxtrot20 retained as weak alternatives. Scores are visual with automated transcript checks, not an independent listening assessment of voice/accent/music. Nothing canonized. All eight actual videos presented in local paused review page, strongest first, one-at-a-time playback. Monitoring paused because all outputs delivered. No autoplay left running.
Historical frame audit now covers 38 local archived video assets including earlier Dola/Segmind takes and edit derivatives, with 226 sampled full-resolution frames and source hashes/timestamps. All contact sheets visually sampled; limitations recorded per take in Historical-Harvest-Audit.json. This is not exhaustive frame-by-frame review or proof all generations on other computers are locally present. Wrong roles, costumes, missing/transferred cups, obsolete orientation and room drift remain restricted rather than canon. Latest locked edit frames are the primary reference authority.
Founder epaulette is on the wearer’s OWN RIGHT shoulder (self-right; viewer’s left when facing them). Original approved A was correct. Restore original N07/BU02 and interrogator A orientation. Both new Flow portraits have been mirrored back and saved as PNGs in Characters/Upcoming/Canon References - OWN RIGHT Shoulder. The superseded mirrored set is removed from the active character folder and marked unusable for production. Eight drafts corrected; Jor’s tankard returns to his RIGHT hand. Restored edit Jor-Canon-Edit-OWN-RIGHT-Shoulder-20261011.mp4: 297 video frames fully decoded, 581 audio frames decoded; audio packets retained unchanged, video mirrored with H264 CRF16 encode. New correctly oriented continuity frames harvested beside references. No new generation or credit spend for this correction. Production remains paused pending director resumption.
Founder close-ups downloaded and verified: both 2048×2048 JPG, archived in Characters/Upcoming/Canon References - OWN RIGHT Shoulder with hashes/source URLs. Option 1 recommended 88/100, option 2 alternative 86/100; both remain pending director selection. Close-up-Review.jpg opened for review. Exact close-up prompt retained in Next-Day-Production-Brief.md and Flow; eight 71–72 word Dola drafts in Eight-Dola-Drafts-UNSUBMITTED.json. No Dola jobs submitted.
Two separate portrait options generated from the single approved A reference (generated portraits subsequently mirrored back to canon orientation) in normal Xray Chrome, Flow Nano Banana Pro, 1:1, x2. Both portraits now require/use restored canon orientation: wearer’s OWN RIGHT shoulder, viewer-left frontal. These are new options for review, not director-approved replacements. 2K Upscaled downloads requested. Eight next-day Dola drafts saved alongside corrected references; no Dollar submissions tonight. Canon edit fully decoded (297 frames) and sampled for orientation/continuity; no claim of an independent audio pronunciation review.
