Latest combined screenplay for review — 25 October 2026

Parts I & II — Screenplay Review Draft 02 — 12–13 minutes. Director-requested revision removes the interrogation opening and selects/compresses the material for an estimated 12:30. Traditional-format PDF: 12 screenplay pages plus title and pacing notes. REVIEW ONLY; existing approved production material is preserved. The attached PDF is independently backed up in Notion; local iCloud PDF/Fountain/register copies are hash verified, remote sync unverified. Previous Parts I & II — Screenplay Assembly Draft 01 — REVIEW — 25 October 2026 is retained as history. This is the latest combined review draft, not a production lock.

Performance reference folder housekeeping — October 22, 2026

Verified on DESKTOP-NJABKJS: Objects, Characters, Environments and Frames now contain only flat final reference images plus OLD and UPCOMING. Parent images are current Performance references; OLD is used/retired final material; UPCOMING is future locked material. Existing legacy flat placements were preserved without creating new creative approvals.

Current image index, approval scope, hashes and path resolver: Production Records/Art Assets. Complete original department trees, metadata, sidecars, comparisons and candidates: Retrospective/Art History/20261022 - Performance Folder Cleanup/Originals. No original bytes were deleted. Old numeric and nested 00 CURRENT APPROVED paths are historical; do not recreate them. Existing video generation packs and editor dependencies remain preserved. Local verification does not establish remote iCloud synchronization.

JD02 body and JS04 portrait remain locked. Current Shelter Gate is SG54-K3-D, and current sidearm is SD-F01-K3-B, superseding older index entries. HW-SM-02/HWT-B deputy casting remains unchanged. UF-K1-03 and SF-A05-R1 portrait finishing remains unresolved; do not treat selected bases as final. Historical P2-001 job packs remain unchanged and must be reconciled against current masters before reuse. Full cast history and unresolved portrait/body statuses are preserved outside the image library.

Director casting, deferred location and sidearm review — 21 October 2026

Casting LOCK: Dark-skinned heavyweight HW-SM-02 portrait / HWT-B body is Jor's second-in-command and longstanding childhood friend. Approved artwork unchanged; D03 retained as unassigned historical study, no longer deputy candidate. Character checklist, current-role records and screenplay casting note updated; reconcile old heavy/deputy functional blocking before generation rather than silently assigning the deputy to hauling.

Rubble district DEFERRED: Director says not relevant to current work; preserve all options under Retrospective/Part II/Art Department/Environments/Deferred Rubble District - 20261021. All moved files hash verified, old path pointer and restore ledger saved. No current decision or generation requested.

Jor personal sidearm review: Director asks to see existing options before further adjustments/generation. Bravo recovered22 distinct clean images:12 from17October Jor-specific branch, eight later18October firearm studies, and two21October SD-F01 lighting variants. Current SD-F01-K3-A visual approval remains valid but does not automatically assign it as Jor's personal sidearm. The17October selected revolver-like base remains a historical base selection with no verified finished Key output. Exact source/model lineage claims limited to existing evidence. Two weak18October Flow siblings remain provider-history only and three17October Seedream siblings were not recovered as clean masters; no claim every provider output was recovered. No new images generated. All22masters/4coded preview boards/4native-pixel comparisons/source hashes copied and verified under Retrospective/Part II/Art Department/Sidearm Reviews/20261021 - Complete Recovered Sidearm Review; remote sync unverified. Earlier Jor options1, Earlier Jor options2, Later firearm studies1, Later firearm studies2. Drive metadata verified; desktop panel queued, not confirmed visible.

P2-001 ten-reference video experiment — 21 October 2026

Director authorizes eight Dola generations using all ten reviewed full-image references and prompts strictly under95words. Ten images are an intentional capacity experiment, not a new minimum-reference rule. A later eight-account test may use fewer references to compare variety; that later batch is not submitted or automatically scheduled. Hold prompt, action, casting and references fixed across this first eight-take batch.

Director final settings/handoff,21October2026: Seedance2.5 ONLY,10seconds,21:9,strictly under95words. No alternate model under any circumstances; agent must not submit. Director will manually submit only after a verified ready handoff. Previous model-choice question is resolved: substitution refused.

VPN was handled first in this recovery turn: Proton UI verified Protected, Philippines / Manila PH#1, then kept connected. All eight accounts now use the dedicated AI Creation → Video workspace, exposing the actual Ratio selector. All8were checked individually: ten image filenames in exactR01–R10 order,94-word identical prompt,10s control andRatio21:9 verified. The earlier nine-thumbnail appearance was a narrow horizontal preview, not a missing attachment. Full-width proof shows all ten. No saved user colour changes found; exact reviewed source bytes remain.

NOT READY: fresh model menus after the Philippines VPN check still expose only Dreamina Seedance2.0Fast and1.0 on all8accounts. Required2.5 cannot be selected. The visible2.0Fast is an unapproved default, not a generation authorization. Nothing submitted/generated, no job or charged credits claimed. One Scarlett Albany page rate limit cleared after a normal delayed refresh; no further region/account rotation used to evade it.

Canonical batch folder: Retrospective/Video Generations/Part II - Shelter Departure/P2-001/20261021-Ten-Reference-Test. Submission-Status.json, exact94-word prompt, immutable image snapshots/hashes, VPN UI verification, final eight-account audit and screenshots record the actual state. Keep all eight unsubmitted production tabs open in a4×2single-monitor grid. Do not manually submit until the live model selector genuinely offers and selects2.5.

Part II casting and Beat 1 reference revision — 21 October 2026

Director assigns the dark-skinned heavyweight, approved HW-SM-02 portrait and HWT-B body, as Jor's close friend and second-in-command. He accompanies Jor rather than hauling the sled. This supersedes the heavyweight-hauler proposal and the paused D03 deputy visual study for this role; preserve all earlier artwork and history.

The moustached Ungated remains a hauler. Charlie proposes the three-scar Ungated, selected UF-K1-03 portrait and director-final UFL-A body, as the second hauler. This replacement and weapon bearer/carrying assignments remain proposals pending director review. Both hands remain on separate towing chains while hauling. Squad cover is offscreen; on attack the haulers set chains down before drawing weapons. No combat added to P2-001.
