Live Part Two art-department checklist. Revision October 12, 2026; aligned to the revised14-beat outline. Part One has a separate list. Checkboxes mean director-approved asset delivered and linked, not merely assigned or generated. All tasks start unclaimed; no new art generation is requested here.

Claim an item by recording owner/computer and start date before work. Status: Unclaimed → Working → Review → Approved; Blocked, Needs revision or Retired when appropriate. Keep stable IDs; never reuse retired IDs. Link references, prompts, versions and final files under the item. Approval of the story premise does not approve a design.

After each story change, update affected entries in all three lists, beat numbers, dependencies and required damage states. Preserve existing owners and delivery links; reopen affected completed items as Needs revision. Keep speculative assets labelled and avoid duplicate work across computers.

Checklist

Coordination

Claim before producing. Required means needed for the current outline, not an approved visual design. Proposed and optional items require story/design review. New outputs stay candidates until director approval. Preserve exact prompts, reference provenance, versions and file links. Link environment IDs and beat numbers in each handoff.
