Ruthless Ruler: Power-hungry and cunning, willing to use any means necessary to maintain control and authority.

Purpose

Maintaining his loyalty and honour to the Heavens by being in total control of the Gates thus presenting the Heavens as tyrannical and hostile. He also additionally wants the Anyth under his control, meaning he needs the Founders gone. Ultimately serving as the enemy to his very own Raven guardian Darc. ****4. Bringing the Scatyker to the Metradome/Gates and killing as many people as possible. Eventually fighting Darc once more and leading them to both die together.

Self Definement A righteous and necessary ruler, believing his actions, no matter how ruthless, serve a higher purpose in maintaining order and control for the greater good.

Profile The 24th Kin of the Heavens. An absolute vain narcissist. He has OCD and severe schizophrenia with a stilted pedantic manner of speech. A soft and nourishing tone but always with the tint of possibility to lash out. He stares with sharp upper sanpaku eyes and keeps his chin up to look down at whoever he talks with. When wearing his mask he breathes in a sharp strong whistle before exhaling with consecutive puffs of air. Zipher is 185 years old. Zipher believes people will always be reasonable, as per his philosophy everything is orderly and with well intention (to his values). His arrogance is so high that he does not ever expect people to be illogical in his world, including those he oppose and whom oppose him. Zipher is deeply jealous of all those above him including specifically Poppet and Terra, and eventually Darc.
