Secret Revolutionary: A character working covertly to overthrow or undermine an established power structure, often hiding their true intentions.

Purpose

1. To kill the Founders and forge an alliance with Zipher until it’s end. To brainwash Kurst and have him carry out corrupt tasks for him.
2. Understanding the watch and attempting to deliver it to the Heavens. Seeking Kurst once again and ultimately turning against him by killing Randers and attempting to kill him for the watch.
3. Assisting the creation of the purple watch. Staying within the Heavens away from Kurst.
4. Attempting to pull as many strings as possible for his own survival and escape the Heavens. Dying to Kurst for all the things he did to him.

Self Definement Sees himself as a brilliant strategist and survivor, believing his actions are justified in pursuit of recognition and power.

Profile In his early appearance, he seems very kind and caring of the long-term health ramifications of his environment. This attitude and self-respect he has for himself get him far until he shows his true colours. Doctor Vox. Also known as the ‘Vermin’ because of his deceitful way to survive in the shadows and out of ways harm from the Gates and Heavens. Narcissistic and vulnerable. Vox's neutral stance involves hugging himself with one arm up around his neck/shoulder and the other around his back. He eventually gets his acknowledgement from the Heavens and all founders when he murders them all for Zipher. But his jealousy for acknowledgement doesn't end here. Later when he reunites with Kurst he attempts to once again bring Kurst under his wing but notices that Kurst has already taken upon a liking to another father-like figure. And so when Kurst accidentally gets Vox’s watch this is the final breaking point that causes Vox to murder once again, this time out of rage and jealousy of Randers. Comedy Relief (Sly)?

Earlier concept — continuity review required: Vox turns away the advances of an 18-year-old woman near the end of season 1. Previously framed as evidence of his morals, that interpretation is superseded by the approved abuse arc. Whether to retain, revise or remove this scene remains a director decision. Rejecting an adult's advances is not evidence of attraction to children.

VOX kills the founders, ZIPHER, ATOM, SOLACE

Soon after the Founder massacre — Kurst seeks protection

Approved director decision, 23 October 2026. Kurst comes to Vox about mistreatment by the other young people around him. Vox appears concerned and willing to protect him, briefly encouraging the audience to hope he may help. Instead, Vox sexually assaults Kurst, betraying his trust in the apparent protector and mentor. Non-graphic planning note; exact staging remains unresolved.

Kurst is one of multiple victims. Other victims, their number and the timing of offences before or after Kurst remain to be developed. Reconcile this placement with the older bullying, Desean and departure chronology without silently moving those events.
